Lottery Cashier Makes Mistake, Wins $7 Million
While we were all losing at Powerball last month, Michael Donnelly was buying a “Cash4Life” ticket — a ticket he printed as a mistake — and collecting $7 million.
A customer service manager at a Falls Church Harris Teeter, Donnelly printed the ticket in error after the customer had requested Powerball numbers. Donnelly decided to purchase the ticket that would win the Jan. 7 Cash4Life jackpot. >>> read more.

Man Allegedly Tried to Exit Airplane Mid-Flight
A Reston man is accused of assaulting another passenger and members of the flight crew during a flight from D.C. to Florida, according to prosecutors in the Sunshine State.
