Murder Suspects Arrested in Woodbridge: Police

Two men were arrested Thursday in the Oct. 8 shooting death of Jose Moises Garcia Flores, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Two men were arrested Thursday in the Oct. 8 shooting death of Jose Moises Garcia Flores, according to Prince William County Police.

Robert Ellis Robinson, 47 (above), of the 1050 block of Gardenview Loop, was charged with murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Terrell Lejuan Harris, 21, of the 1300 block of Bayside Avenue, was charged with the same.

Both men already were in prison for unrelated charges.

Shortly before 6 p.m. on Oct. 8, police responded to a report of gunshots and found Flores, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The next day, police conducted an extensive search of the area, and the investigation led to the suspects' descriptions.
