Man Shot, Killed Saturday in Woodbridge: Police

Investigation reveals description of two suspects. Jose Moises Garcia, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Descriptions of two suspects have been released in the shooting death of a man early Saturday night at Bayvue Apartments in the 1400 block of Bayside Avenue, according to Prince William County Police.

The victim was identified as Jose Moises Garcia Flores, 40, of Woodbridge.

Police describe the suspects as two black males, one 5-7 with a thin build, medium complexion and unknown age last seen wearing a gray hooded jacket and blue jeans; the other, unknown age with a heavy build, full mustache and beard and last seen wearing all dark clothing and a black cap with a white front.

Shortly before 5:56 p.m., police responded to a report of gunshots and found Flores, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The next day, police conducted an extensive search of the area, and the investigation led to the suspects' descriptions.
