Near-Fatal Mob Stabbing — Final Suspect Arrested in Dumfries: Police

Darrlye Amontae Clemons, 19, was charged with malicious wounding by mob, according to Prince William County Police.

DUMFRIES, VA — The fourth and final suspect has been arrested in a life-threatening stabbing last Sunday in the parking lot of a 7-11 in the 16800 block of Jefferson Davis Highway, according to Prince William County Police.

Darrlye Amontae Clemons, 19 (above), of the 3300 block of Vineland Place, was charged with malicious wounding by mob and is being held without bond.

About 8 p.m. last Sunday, police responded to the store for a report of a stabbing, and the subsequent investigation found that the man was involved in a argument with several unknown men, during which he was stabbed.

The suspects fled the area, and police say the incident does not appear to be random.

  • Kevin Howard, 53, of the 2500 block of Pembrook Court in Woodbridge.
  • Raekwon Malik Bryant 18, of the 3400 block of Belleplain Court.
  • A 17-year-old female juvenile.

The victim, 18, was flown to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries but is expected to survive.
