Passenger Killed In Woodbridge Crash: Police

A female passenger was killed in a crash involving a tractor trailer early Sunday in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A woman was killed in a crash early Sunday in the area of Dale Boulevard and Neabsco Mill Road, according to Prince William County Police. Dyana Vasquez-Flores, 26, of Woodbridge, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Antonio Gonzalez, 27, of the 16700 block of Capon Tree Lane in Woodbridge, the driver of the car in which Vasquez-Flores was a passenger, was charged with driving under the influence. Enrique Ramirez Holmes, 35, of the 6200 block of North State Road in Coconut Creek, Fla., was charged with failure to utilize emergency equipment.

Shortly before 3 a.m., police responded to the scene for a reported crash. They found that a 2004 Freightliner tractor trailer was illegally parked on the right shoulder of Dale Boulevard without activated parking lights or hazard lights. Holmes, headed east on Dale Boulevard in a 2011 Mini Cooper S, left the road and crashed into the back of the big rig.

Neither driver was injured. Additional charges are pending.
