Police: Fatal Victim Identified in Quantico Fire

Police have identified the man killed in a Thursday house fire in the town of Quantico.

The victim was Frank Anthony Desanto, 69, of Quantico. The exact cause of death will be determined by the Medical Examiner’s Office pending toxicology results.

At this point in the investigation, the incident does not look suspicious and there are no signs of foul play, according to Prince William County Police.

Investigators from the Fire Marshals’ Office are also continuing their investigation into the cause of the fire.

Units arrived at 7:20 a.m. Thursday to the home in the 200 block of Broadway Street.

Five other occupants were rescued and treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
