Tiffany Dyreisha Conley, 23, of 3363 Esquarre Court in Woodbridge, has been charged with malicious wounding and is being held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail, according to the Prince William County police. Her next date in court is Sept. 10.

The police were summoned at 2:30 a.m. Saturday to the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge to investigate the stabbing, according to a police report. The victim, a 25-year-old Dumfries woman, told them that she and Conley, an acquaintance, had gotten into an argument that escalated while they were standing outside the Babylon Hookah bar, at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge.

Conley then allegedly retrieved a box cutter and stabbed the victim several times in the upper body, the police said. The two were eventually separated, and the victim went to the hospital, where she was treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The police said Conley was located and arrested without incident.
