Police: Missing Juvenile May Need Assistance
Dumfries teen is likely with another missing teen, who is not considered endangered at this time, according to Prince William County Police.

The Prince William County Police is asking for help locating an endangered teen last seen Tuesday morning.
Royce Ratcliff, 16, of Dumfries, was last seen at 6:30 a.m. He is believed to be in the company of Angelina Occhiuzzo, also 16, of Woodbridge.
The two left their homes voluntarily and are possibly in a white 2011 Kia Forte belonging to Occhiuzzo. The car has temporary Virginia tags: 223376T.

Ratcliff is considered endangered because he may be in need of assistance. Occhiuzzo is not considered endangered at this time, according to PWCPD.
Royce Ratcliff is described as a white male, 16 years of age, 6’1”, 150lbs with dark blonde/light brown hair and blue eyes. Angelina Occhiuzzo is described as a white female, 16 years of age, 5’1”, 96lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either teen is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.
