Holly originally faced charges for breaking into the bedroom of a 32-year-old woman in the early hours of July 5 and attempting to choke her. The residence is in the 3300 block of Esquarre Court in Woodbridge.
The victim was able to activate her home alarm, which caused Holly to leave the residence, according to police. But he returned a short time later and began choking her again, and then allegedly took her cell phone and fled before police arrived in the area.

The woman sustained minor injuries, the police said.
On July 7, Holly returned again and took the womanโs vehicle without permission, the police report stated. And then at 3:30 a.m. Friday, the police responded to the victimโs home after she awoke to her burglar alarm, looked out her window and saw Holly running through her backyard.
Officers set up a perimeter around the neighborhood, and one officer spotted Holly and detained him without further incident, the police said.
