WOODBRIDGE, VA — An 18-year-old from Alexandria was arrested on Wednesday and charged in connection with a November shooting at the Potomac Mills mall in Woodbridge, police said. Authorities identified the man as Jamarion Dawan Jackson.

Jackson was first identified as a suspect in November, but police had been unable to locate him. He was taken into custody by member of the Manassas City Police Department on Jan. 5, police said.

One person was injured in the shooting on Nov. 18, which began after a dispute between two customers at the Fashion Mechanics store at the mall. The argument escalated, and one of the customers fired several shots from a handgun, according to the police report.
