"Taco Bamba has been undergoing a rapid and exciting period of growth,” Albisu said in a news release. “And we are looking forward to openings in Richmond, Nashville, and now Loudoun County, among others, but D.C. has been a missing piece of the puzzle. We can’t wait to return to the District to show off all the creative ideas we’ve loaded into this menu. It’s good to be back."

Taco Bamba debuted in Falls Church 10 years ago. The upcoming Sterling location is part of the chain's planned westward expansion.
