Teen Exposes Himself To Elderly Woman In Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Prince William County police are seeking a suspect who they say exposed himself and made lewd gestures to an elderly woman while she was taking a walk in Woodbridge.

According to police, the 76-year-old woman was walking in the area of Gemini Way and Minnieville Road in Woodbridge around 8 a.m. when she saw an unknown man exposing himself and making an obscene gesture toward her.

The victim went to an area business where she contacted her family and police. The victim told responding officers that she saw the man the day prior, and during that encounter, he also exposed himself to her.

No physical contact with the victim and no injuries were reported. Police said the suspect was described as a black teenage male approximately four feet tall with a heavy build. No clothing description was given.
