Teen Killed In Shooting Near Pool In Woodbridge: Police
Authorities identified the victim in Saturday's fatal shooting as a 17-year-old boy. Investigators are still looking for suspects.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed in a shooting in Woodbridge on Saturday, the Prince William County Police Department said.
Authorities said they have not disclosed the name of the victim due to a Virginia law that protects the identities of minors.
No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. Investigators have not identified any suspects.

The shooting occurred around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday in the 5800 block of Moonbeam Drive, near a community pool. While he was sitting in his vehicle, somebody shot the teenage victim in the upper body, according to the police report.
Authorities said the shooting was not random, and the victim had arranged to meet other people in the area before the shooting.

First responders took the victim to an area hospital after the shooting, where he died of his injuries.
