WOODBRIDGE, VA — Two teens were arrested on Thursday after firing guns from a stolen car that had crashed, the Prince William County Police Department said.

No injuries were reported in the shooting, according to authorities. However, three homes in the area sustained damage from gunshots.

The two teens, a 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, face criminal charges. The 19-year-old, Jamar Fullwood Jr., is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a loaded firearm in public. The 16-year-old, who authorities have not identified by name, is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a firearm by a juvenile.

Around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, authorities received a report about shots fired in the the 1900 block of Old Post Terrace in Woodbridge. When police officers arrived, they found an unoccupied Kia Sportage that had crashed. The car was reported as stolen earlier in the day, the police report said.

A video from the area showed someone driving the Kia erratically before crashing into a parked car, the police department said. The video also showed someone in the car firing gunshots at a boy.

As authorities contained the area, a police officer saw three people get into a ride-sharing vehicle. The officer believed they were involved in the shooting. Two of the people in the vehicle, Fullwood and the 16-year-old, had a long gun and a handgun, according to the police report. The third person, another 16-year-old, was unarmed and was not charged.

Witnesses told police that five different people ran out of the Kia after the crash. The other two people, and the person they shot at, were not located on Thursday.
