‘Tomorrow’s Leaders’ Film Premieres at Museum of the Marine Corps

The national premiere of a documentary film titled "Tomorrow's Leaders" will take place at the National Museum of the Marine Corps on Feb 16

The national premiere of a 60-minute documentary film titled “Tomorrow’s Leaders” will take place at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, 18900 Jefferson Davis Highway, Triangle, Virginia.

The documentary explores youth leadership training by learning from the past. Cameras followed youth members of the Young Marines, as they honored and met America’s veterans in Washington DC, Pearl Harbor, Guam and Iwo Jima. In Arizona, cameras captured the poignant meeting between youth and the remaining WWII Navajo Code talkers.

"It was an honor to produce the film and to meet and work with the youth as we traveled the world together,” said Dave Harl, filmmaker. “These young people are impressive. They are the ones that tell the story and interact with the people and events that changed history. The film clearly shows that honoring and learning from the past creates the leaders of tomorrow.”
