The charges stem from a June 6 fire on a service road alongside Possum Point Road in Triangle. Responding to the scene at about 2:30 p.m., firefighters found a BMW supported by blocks that was on fire, according to the Prince William County Fire & Rescue Department.
An initial investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office revealed that the fire was intentionally set, the fire department said. The BMW was declared a total loss.
