Weather Decision from Prince William Schools for Monday

Icy conditions in the early morning hours Monday have led Prince William County Schools to make an announcement about classes on Monday, March 2, 2015.

All Prince William County Public Schools closed due to advisories for icy roadways and surfaces in certain areas. Code Red for employees. All school division activities including Professional Development sessions are cancelled. SACC will not open. Telework subject to policy.

In it’s warning of overnight ice, the National Weather Service noted that sidewalks would likely be ”quite icy and require particular caution.”
