Woman Arrested For Stabbing Pedestrian in Woodbridge: Police
Luchana Phoebe Frederick-Yidom was arrested in New York by U.S. Marshals for the late-July incident.

WOODBRIDGE, VA โ A second suspect was arrested Tuesday for the late-July stabbing of a pedestrian in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.
Luchana Phoebe Frederick-Yidom, 41, of the 2500 block of Merrywood Court in Woodbridge, was arrested in New York by officers from the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
She was charged with aggravated malicious wounding, and remains in New York pending extradition.

Previously arrested on Aug. 29 was Jami Rose Davis, 33, of the 2500 block of Merrywood Court, who was charged with malicious wounding and providing false identity to police.
Police responded July 23 shortly after 1 p.m. to a report of a stabbing in the 14000 block of Worth Avenue. The victim, a 45-year-old Woodbridge woman, told police she was walking in the area before getting involved in a shouting match with the driver โ allegedly Davis.

The driver got out of the vehicle and allegedly punched the victim in the face. At some point, the passenger in the vehicle โ allegedly Frederick-Yiadom โ got out and allegedly used a knife to cut the victim's neck.
Both suspects got back in the vehicle and drove away, after which the victim contacted police. She was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
