Woman Wanted For Stabbing Pedestrian in Woodbridge: Police

The suspect, a passenger in a vehicle, argued with the victim before stabbing her, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Two suspects have been identified, with one arrested, in the stabbing of a pedestrian late last month in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.

Jami Rose Davis, 33, of the 2500 block of Merrywood Court, was charged Monday with malicious wounding and providing false identity to police.

Wanted for aggravated malicious wounding is Luchana Phoebe Frederick-Yiadom (pictured above), of the 2500 block of Merrywood Court. She's described as a black female, 5-4, 170 pounds with long braided black hair and brown eyes.

Police responded July 23 shortly after 1 p.m. to a report of a stabbing in the 14000 block of Worth Avenue. The victim, a 45-year-old Woodbridge woman, told police she was walking in the area before getting involved in a shouting match with the driver — allegedly Davis.

The driver got out of the vehicle and allegedly punched the victim in the face. At some point, the passenger in the vehicle — allegedly Frederick-Yiadom — got out and allegedly used a knife to cut the victim's neck.

Both suspects got back in the vehicle and drove away, after which the victim contacted police. She was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
