Woman Dies, 2 Children Injured In Lake Ridge Area Crash: Police
A Woodbridge man was charged with aggravated DUI manslaughter Thursday after a crash that killed a woman and injured two children.

LAKE RIDGE, VA — A woman died and two children were injured in an early Thursday morning crash in the Lake Ridge area when a suspected drunk driver collided head-on with the woman's car, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
The driver of a Toyota Camry, Lataja Ikea Reena Wilkens, 32, of Triangle was transported to an area hospital where she died as a result of the injuries she sustained in the crash.
Two children, an 8-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy, were in the backseat of the Toyota properly restrained and sustained injuries. They were also transported to an area hospital where they are expected to recover from their injuries.

The driver of the Ford Explorer, Ronal Eriberto Guillen, 26, of Woodbridge was not injured and was determined to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, the police said. Guillen was arrested later in the morning and charged with aggravated DUI manslaughter. He is being held in jail without bond. His court date is Jan. 19, 2021.
At around 6:10 a.m. Thursday, investigators with the Prince William County Police Department's crash investigation unit went to the area of Springwoods Drive and Old Bridge Road in the Lake Ridge area to investigate a two-vehicle crash. The police officers determined that the driver of a 2011 Ford Explorer made a left turn from Glenridge Drive onto Springwoods Drive, traveling southbound in the northbound lanes.

Guillen, the driver of the Ford Explorer, allegedly continued in the wrong direction until his vehicle collided with Wilkens' car, which was traveling northbound on Springwoods Drive.
