Youth Counselor Molests Girl in Woodbridge: Police
Matthew Broudy, a counselor at Psychological and Life Skills Associates, was involved with a 17-year-old: Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A youth counselor was arrested Thursday for having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old girl at Psychological and Life Skills Associates, 13885 Hedgewood Drive, Suite 245, according to Prince William County Police.
Matthew Stuart Broudy, 46, of the 5700 block of North 4th Street in Arlington, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and using a communication system to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
Broudy is being held without bond.

On March 6, detectives began investigating the relationship and found that on multiple occasions between January and March, Broudy had inappropriate contact with the girl in his office and sent her sexually explicit messages afterward.
