10 Wash. Restaurants Get AAA Diamond Ratings

WOODINVILLE, WA - AAA's annual ratings of some of the best restaurants in the U.S. are out, and 10 Washington restaurants earned either four or five diamonds.

The renowned Herbfarm Restaurant in Woodinville is the only AAA five-diamond rated restaurant in Washington, and only one of only 68 in North America. The Herbfarm scored perfect marks from AAA inspectors for food, service, and decor.

The Herbfarm's "wine library" pushed the restaurant over the edge, according to AAA. The wine list features over 4,000 wines from across the Pacific Northwest.

"Accomplished chefs rely on the fresh, prime ingredients available in the Northwest to create decadent nine-course meals accompanied with five to six paired wines," AAA wrote in its review.

Nine other Washington restaurants earned four-diamond ratings from AAA. Here are all the local restaurants that made the 2018:
