Evelyn Zaragoza Murder: Fund For Woman 'Executed' By Boyfriend
Friends are trying to raise money for Evelyn Zaragoza's funeral expenses. Her ex-boyfriend allegedly shot and killed her last Friday.

FEDERAL WAY, WA - Friends of Evelyn Zaragoza have established a fundraiser to help her family pay for funeral expenses. Zaragoza, 22, was allegedly shot and killed Nov. 22 by her ex-boyfriend, Erik Guzman Naranjo. Court documents allege that Zaragoza was "executed" by an enraged ex-boyfriend with a history of domestic violence.
The GoFundMe fundraiser is trying to raise $5,000 for Zaragoza. The fund had already reached its goal as of Friday, but donations are still being accepted.
"A sister, a daughter, an auntie, a niece, a granddaughter, a friend was lost. There is now a beautiful angel watching over us all," Zaragoza's friend, Kelsey Sardeson, wrote on the fundraiser page.

According to court documents, Guzman, 22, had physically abused Zaragoza multiple times in the past. The day before Zaragoza was murdered, Guzman allegedly opened fire on her when he saw her driving in Kent. The bullets damaged her car, but she was not injured.

On the day Zaragoza was murdered, she was sitting in a car with a man in front of a Federal Way smoke shop. Guzman allegedly walked up to her car and tried to pry the door open. Unsuccessful, he allegedly broke the window and shot Zaragoza once in the head.
