PIERCE COUNTY, WA — The Secretary of State's Office has released the second ballot drop of the 2019 General Election. Preliminary results provided an early look at where things stood on election night in Pierce County, but those numbers did not reflect last-minute ballots postmarked or left in dropboxes Tuesday. Ballot counts are updated by state officials once daily, and percentages will continue to change throughout the week. As of Wednesday, 520 of the county's 531 precincts were reporting.
