Alpine Fairways Care Home is a licensed adult family home located in Auburn’s beautiful Cobble Creek neighborhood, right next to the scenic Auburn Golf Course. We provide 24-hour personalized care for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living, memory care, developmental disabilities (DDA) support, and hospice or end-of-life services.

Our mission is to combine comfort, dignity, and compassion in a true home-like environment. Every detail of Alpine Fairways was designed to promote safety, accessibility, and peace of mind—from wide hallways and ADA-compliant restrooms to bright, open living spaces filled with natural light.

Residents enjoy spacious private rooms, including one with a private deck overlooking the golf course, nutritious home-cooked meals, and individualized attention from highly trained caregivers. We partner closely with visiting nurses, physicians, therapists, and hospice providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.

What makes us different is our commitment to both quality and warmth—families often tell us our home “feels different” the moment they walk in. We maintain a low resident-to-caregiver ratio, allowing us to provide not only assistance but genuine companionship.

We welcome private pay, Medicaid-contracted residents, and those transitioning through spend-down.
