• Eastside Arts Partnership Support Grants (Washington) (fundsforngos.org) — Bellevue is offering Eastside Arts Partnership Support Grants of up to $15,000 to nonprofits that bring arts, cultural, and heritage programming to Bellevue residents and visitors. Eligible 501(c)(3) groups based on the Eastside can apply by October 10, with funding meant to boost public access to the arts and strengthen community life across Bellevue and neighboring cities.
   

• Bellevue, WA, begins placing new speed limit signs on local streets (fox13seattle.com) — Speed limits on most neighborhood streets in Bellevue are dropping from 25 to 20 mph as the city installs new signs across areas like NE/NW Bellevue, Crossroads, Lake Hills, and Wilburton. Funded by a local levy, the change supports Bellevue's Vision Zero goal and responds to residents' concerns about speeding and traffic safety on local streets.
   

• 4 of Bellevue's 8 New Speed Cameras Vandalized as $124 Tickets Near for Downtown Commuter Routes (downtownbellevue.com) — Bellevue drivers will soon face $124 tickets as new speed cameras on key routes like Bellevue Way SE, 148th Avenue NE, and Forest Drive SE move from warnings to full enforcement starting in September. Four of the eight recently installed cameras were vandalized, and police are increasing patrols and asking residents for tips while the city continues its Vision Zero safety push.
