Income‑qualified seniors, people with disabilities, and households facing sudden financial shocks can apply online, by phone, or at City Hall or Mini City Hall, with benefits sometimes applied retroactively.
3. Bellevue, WA: Former Bellevue High School Football Standout Eric Block Passes Awaty Tragically Leaving His Family and Friends (theunionstar.com) — Bellevue's football community is mourning former Bellevue High School standout Eric Block, remembered for leading the Wolverines to a perfect season and a 3A state title.
