The teenage years can be a tumultuous time of change and development. This can also be a time when mental health challenges emerge. Those challenges may be the cause for falling grades, problems with close relationships, and substance use.
Mental Health First Aid: Youth teaches adults 18 years and older how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among youth.
With this class adults will feel more confident in providing support to youth.
Cost: Free of charge. Please register.
Instructions to complete the pre-work and joining the class will be included in your registration confirmation.
