• Manufactured housing site in East Pierce County sells (thenewstribune.com) — A manufactured home community in the Clover Creek area, Franklin Pierce Estates on 22nd Ave. E., has been sold to an LLC tied to Dallas-based Invesco Real Estate for just under $17 million. The all-ages, six-acre community will now be managed under Invesco's Homestead Communities brand, which focuses on affordable manufactured housing across Washington and several other states.
