• Church donates over 35,000 pounds of food to Pullman nonprofits (kxly.com) — Colfax residents should know the Colfax Food Pantry is among 15 local organizations receiving part of a 35,657‑pound food donation from the Pullman Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on June 4. This large shipment of shelf-stable items is meant to ease high demand on food banks across Whitman County and will help provide nearly 29,700 meals in the greater Pullman-Colfax area.
