• Dayton husband sentenced in "Cinderella" abuse case (elkhornmediagroup.com) — A Dayton man has been sentenced in Columbia County Superior Court to prison time and substantial restitution after pleading guilty in a severe abuse and neglect case involving his adult daughter. The judge ordered more than $360,000 placed in a special needs trust for the victim and imposed a long-term no-contact order, following earlier sentencing of the stepmother in the same Dayton case.
