A smaller group of up to 15 members will be recommended to the Edmonds City Council after a scoring process, with meetings and recommendations shared publicly.

• Community Transit to open new park and ride in Cathcart (heraldnet.com) — Community Transit is opening the new Cathcart Park and Ride on Aug. 29, with Route 166 linking it directly to downtown Edmonds and other routes adjusting across south Snohomish County. Edmonds riders will see fewer late-night trips on Routes 102 and 909, while several Lynnwood-area and regional routes gain added service and frequency.
