There are many nice places to dine and shop in the city of Edmonds, but sometimes we forget to take the time to let our merchants know how much we appreciate their choosing our community as a spot for a business. We would like to thank one of these fine businesses in this letter today.
The Edmonds Branch of the American Association of University Women would like to publicly thank Firmin Berclaz, owner and chef extrordinaire of Cafe de Paris here in Edmonds, for his ongoing support of our yearly scholarship fundraising event. Chef Firmin has graciously opened his outstanding restaurant for us on a Saturday morning in December for the past seven years. The food choices are always delicious, affordably priced, and the service by his excellent staff is outstanding. Many of our members have found these praises to be true when selecting Cafe de Paris as a great place for lunch or dinner as well.
