More than 50 firefighters coordinated across southwest Snohomish County, limiting damage to nearby homes and suffering only one minor firefighter injury. The causes of both the brush and house fires remain under investigation.

Edmonds School District students complete Romac Industries internships (myedmondsnews.com) — High school seniors from Edmonds Heights K-12 and Edmonds-Woodway gained real-world engineering and project management experience this summer through internships at Romac Industries. Alongside Mountlake Terrace students, they spent 90 hours each learning 3D scanning, tooling identification, and project coordination, giving Edmonds teens a closer look at technical career paths in modern manufacturing.
