• Cops Nab DUI Suspect After I-5 Work Zone Smashup In Fife (hoodline.com) — Drivers in Fife are being warned after a suspected DUI driver slammed into a work-zone arrow board on I-5, then fled before being arrested, fortunately without injuring any road workers. The crash is prompting transportation officials to lean harder on work-zone speed enforcement, including mobile camera trailers and higher penalties that will increasingly affect anyone traveling through Fife’s busy freeway corridor.
