Prosecutors are weighing charges and whether to try him in juvenile or adult court, while Kent Police continue seeking information from potential witnesses.

Washington Resident William Lee Falkner Charged in Alleged Drone and Sniper Plot Targeting White House UFC Freedom 250 Event (lynnwoodtimes.com) — Federal prosecutors have charged a Belfair man in an alleged multi-state plot to attack a UFC event at the White House, and they note this is the third terrorism-related arrest tied to Washington during President Trump’s second term.
