1 Shot In Kirkland, Police Search For Suspect
One person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in the Juanita area Thursday night.
KIRKLAND, WA — Police are searching for a shooting suspect after one person was hospitalized with gunshot wounds Thursday night. Police were called to the 10700 block of Northeast 143rd Street shortly after 8:30 p.m. Police were searching for a man in the Juanita area and urged anyone who saw someone matching his description to call 911.

Police said the shooting victim was being treated at a local hospital for injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening. The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately released.
