Marina Park Boat Launch Reopens In Kirkland
Restrictions on outdoor recreation have eased across Washington, allowing the city to reopen the boat launch and moorage at Kirkland Marina.
KIRKLAND, WA — The City of Kirkland reopened the boat launch, moorage and restrooms Tuesday as restrictions on outdoor activities eased across Washington.
Under the first phase of Gov. Jay Inslee's reopening plan, boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, and day trips to public lands are permitted with certain precautions. Visitors are required to limit trips to people within their household and practice social distancing at trailheads, boat launches and other public spaces.
City buildings remain closed, but seasonal boat launch cards are available for purchase through the Kirkland Parks website.
