Here's what to know (thenewstribune.com) — Bus riders in Lakewood face major changes to Seattle and Sea-Tac trips starting August 29, including more frequent Route 574 buses from Lakewood Station to Federal Way and new overnight service to Seattle. Some stops shift away from Lakewood Transit Center, and night buses plus schedule tweaks on multiple routes will reshape how locals reach the airport, Tacoma, and downtown Seattle. 
• Third suspect charged in homicide at Tacoma parking garage (thenewstribune.com) — Lakewood readers should know a Tacoma homicide case now involves a suspect previously contacted by Lakewood Police in a separate weapons investigation last month. Prosecutors have charged 18-year-old Bul Ajak Bul with first-degree murder and robbery in an Aug. 7 shooting at a Tacoma parking garage, where a 23-year-old man was killed during an alleged attempt to steal his handgun.
