LAKEWOOD, WA — A semitrailer rollover Monday morning in Lakewood was likely caused by a driver traveling too fast, according to Washington State Patrol.

The crash happened around 11:30 a.m. Monday when Hardeep Singh, 23, of Yuba City, Calif., was exiting westbound SR 512 to southbound I-5. State police said Singh was not traveling at a safe speed, causing the load in his trailer to shift and topple the truck at the apex of the exit ramp.

Singh was not hurt, but the exit was blocked for more than three hours throughout the day on Monday, WSP said.
