ā¢ Liberty Lake man arrested after allegedly recording through window into person's home (krem.com) ā Police say a Liberty Lake resident was arrested on suspicion of voyeurism after a homeowner on North Aladdin Road spotted a cell phone recording through their window for several minutes. Officers report recovering the phone and identifying a suspect, and theyāre now seeking any additional potential victims. Residents who may have information are urged to contact Crime Check with the listed case number.

ā¢ Improperly Discarded Cigarettes Caused WA Apartment Fires That Displaced 88 (fireengineering.com) ā A Liberty Lake condominium fire at Villas at Big Trout Lodge in September destroyed 10 units and displaced 22 people, with investigators blaming improperly discarded smoking materials. Another cigarette-related blaze at Spokane Valleyās Eagle Rock apartments earlier in the summer displaced dozens more. Fire officials are urging Liberty Lake smokers to fully extinguish cigarettes and avoid tossing them into pots, mulch, or vegetation. Ā Ā Ā
ā¢ Ridgeline dominates both lines of scrimmage, sends University packing in 52-7 league win (spokesman.com) ā Ridgeline High School gave Liberty Lake fans plenty to cheer about Friday night, dominating University High 52-7 at the home stadium in town. Junior quarterback Marcus Mitrovich accounted for four touchdowns while the Falconsā defense smothered a previously explosive Titans offense. The win keeps Ridgeline unbeaten in Greater Spokane League 3A play and strengthens their league title hopes. Ā Ā Ā
