• Council roundup: Morton residents complain about bee poop (chronline.com) — Morton residents just learned that city officials can't do much about the messy bee droppings some neighbors are complaining about, because state law largely protects licensed beekeepers. At the same meeting, the council approved painting a no-parking zone at the Arbor Health Morton Clinic bus stop and set regular monthly workshop times for deeper public discussions of city business.
