• Lunch, prizes and fun coming at Senior Picnic (tri-cityherald.com) — Moses Lake seniors are invited to a bigger-than-ever Senior Picnic on Wednesday, June 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Grant County Fairgrounds. Residents 55 and older can enjoy a free hot lunch, live music by Cheyenne, dozens of senior-focused resource vendors, door prizes, and accessibility-minded amenities like a golf cart shuttle and wide table spacing. 
• EHS equestrian breaks two state records, team brings back five first-place medals (courierherald.com) — Moses Lake’s Grant County Fairgrounds just hosted the state high school equestrian championships, where Enumclaw riders broke two state records and earned multiple first-place buckles. The venue will also host the upcoming Pacific Northwest Invitational Championship, bringing top Oregon and Washington riders back to town for another major regional showdown.
