GIRLS SOCCER: Port Angeles fends off Sequim to remain in first (peninsuladailynews.com) — Port Angeles’ girls soccer team stayed atop the Olympic League standings with a 3-1 home win over Sequim at Civic Field, where games temporarily returned while Monroe Playfields lighting is fixed. The Roughriders scored twice late in the second half after Sequim briefly tied the match, and now prepare to host North Mason on Tuesday evening in Port Angeles.

4. Peninsula College hosting solo photography exhibit (peninsuladailynews.com) — Port Angeles art lovers can visit “Soulful Edge,” a solo photography exhibit by Lower Elwha Klallam and Nez Perce artist Dana Edgington, at Peninsula College through December 11. Open midday Tuesday through Thursday at the ʔaʔkʷustəŋáw̕txʷ House of Learning on Lauridsen Boulevard, the show features local landscapes like Ediz Hook and a reception planned for November 13.
