- Here we are again with some pretty cool fungal specimens.
There's three photos here one is to show you more close-up details have fun naming this one. I love the colors. This is in the Quinault rainforest… (Nextdoor North Beach) - Such a beautiful Fall color, this tiny fungus called Calocera Viscosa, also referred to as yellow staghorn and is very tiny just a few millimeters tall and you can see a vertical for needle in the background for size comparison.
This caught my eye in the Quinault rainforest because of its striking fall colors. (Nextdoor North Beach)
