Did you feel them? The three quakes were detected west of Mount Rainier late Wednesday night.

ELECTRON, WA - Three small earthquakes rumbled rural Pierce County late Wednesday night. The three small quakes all hit within seconds of each other along SR 165, just outside Mount Rainier National Park.
According to the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network, the first quake, a magnitude 3, began at 11:23 p.m. That quake was followed a few seconds later by a magnitude 2.1, and then a magnitude 1.4.
Although the quakes were relatively small, residents of Puyallup, Bonney Lake, and Spanaway all reported feeling the shaking, according to the PNSN. The magnitude 3.0 was the strongest quake detected in Washington over the last few days.
