Fire Breaks Out In Puyallup Apartment Building
The fire was burning Thursday morning along East Main Ave near downtown Sumner.
PUYALLUP, WA — Central Pierce fire crews battled a large fire at an apartment building in Puyallup on Thursday morning.
The fire was burning in a building along East Main Avenue east of downtown Puyallup near the river. Central Pierce firefighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly, keeping it contained to just a few units.
Puyallup police helped evacuate the building, and everyone inside was able to make it out safely, police reported.
