PUYALLUP, WA - About 2,600 Tacoma Public Utilities customers were without power in the South Hill area Wednesday morning. Puyallup schools reported that Zeiger Elementary would open 2 hrs late, and Rodgers High School would remain closed Wednesday. PUYALLUP, WA - About 2,600 Tacoma Public Utilities customers were without power in the South Hill area Wednesday morning.

Puyallup schools reported that Zeiger Elementary would open 2 hrs late, and Rodgers High School would remain closed Wednesday. The utility said it could not provide an estimate on when power would return because the cause of the outage was unknown.
