Puyallup Power Outage Briefly Leaves 2,000+ Customers In The Dark

A power outage Wednesday afternoon knocked out the power for more than 2,000 in the South Hill area.

PUYALLUP, WA — Puget Sound Energy crews worked to restore power for more than 2,100 customers Wednesday, in a neighborhood just southwest of the Pierce College campus.

According to PSE, the outage began around 1:50 p.m. Exactly what caused the outage remains under investigation, but crews managed to get the lights back on for all by 3 p.m.
