Victim In Redmond Murder Identified

Tiffany Scotland was found dead in her Redmond home this week. Police have arrested her wife, Aterraka, for the crime.

REDMOND, WA - The woman found dead in a Redmond home this week was strangled to death, according to the King County Medical Examiner's Office.

Tiffany Scotland, 26, was found in her home along the 18700 block of Northeast 59th Court Tuesday night by her roommate. Police arrested her wife, Aterraka Scotland, 27, the next day. She was arrested after agreeing to meet with the roommate who found Tiffany Scotland.

Tiffany Scotland was found with stab wounds and signs of strangling, but the official cause of death was not released until Friday afternoon. Aterraka Scotland told police she and her wife had been "wrestling."
